Located in Northbridge, Western Australia, this Intensive 4 week experience includes 20 intimate small group classes (10ppl max) with one of Australia's leading fitness experts Amanda Bisk. You will have the opportunity to explore a huge variety of training including fitness, strength, movement technique, pre & rehabilitation, mobility, flexibility and yoga.

Your Coach

Amanda is a former Australian representative in athletics (pole vault) and has over 20 years coaching experience.

When you train with Amanda you will experience a different session every time. She is passionate about keeping training interesting, optimising movement, avoiding injury, and building a strong & mobile body, all in a friendly, supportive & fun environment.

Her specialities include movement technique, strength training, athletics, pre & rehabilitation from Injury, flexibility, mobility and gymnastic skills.

Challenge Overview

20 Guided Classes

Located at Amanda's Fresh Body fit Mind Studios in Northbridge, you will have access to 4 weeks of boutique, private training facilities and coaching. Each week is programmed by Amanda with a variety of training, including HIIT, strength, technique, mobility, pre & rehabilitation, and yoga, tailored to participants' goals, ambitions, and health considerations based on the information provided in their sign-up form.

Each session includes personal guidance with Amanda from start to finish. Class size is kept intimate to allow Amanda to adjust and structure workouts for each Individual need and to be available to answer questions and offer one-on-one guidance and support.

Welcome Session

Before kicking of your first session, you will be able to meet Amanda, your training group and tour the studio to help you feel at home. This event includes a debrief from Amanda about the program, studio information, opportunities for questions, time to meet your group, a 30min guided yoga flow, and tea, snacks and casual chats after.

Support

You will be connected in a WhatsApp group with Amanda and your training group. This will be your way to connect, ask questions and receive updates throughout the program.

Following '4 Weeks Fresh' you will also receive 3 months FREE ACCESS to Amanda's app fresh Body Fit Mind which Includes over 300+ workouts, yoga and pilates classes you can do from home, gym or while travelling. The app also includes many 4-week programs, 30-day challenges and 100's of plant based recipes!

Our 4-week challenges are designed to be more than just a workout; they're a vibrant community experience. With group dinners, drinks nights, and fun sauna and swim sessions, participants connect with the same group of people throughout the challenge, creating a safe, fun, and supportive environment.
